Yoga can minimize chances of heart disease by lower ing your heart rate and blood pressure. Other health benefits of yoga include decrease in blood cholesterol and an improved immune system due to its anti-oxidant effect.

A lot of stress problem can be reduced by types of yoga that involve meditation techniques. The catecholamine hormones produced by adrenal glands that are a direct result of stress can be decreased with yoga, which enables you to be more relaxed.
